If a piece does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is complimentary for orders within the United States.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or customised pieces
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Bath products that have been opened
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@viatlate.shop within 30 days with your order number.
- Receive a return label — for US orders, we email a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack the piece securely in its original packaging.
- Drop the parcel at any accepted carrier location.
- Track your return using the provided tracking number.
Refund Processing
- Inspection: 1-2 business days from receipt
- Refund issued: 3-5 business days after approval
- Funds in account: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size, please return the original and place a new order. Refund is issued upon receipt.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured service. Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable.
